Transportation and Parking have identified various surfac lots and parking decks that are in need of repairs. For the repairs to the surface lots, three surface types were identified: asphalt, brick pavers, and concrete. In regard to the parking decks, the following components were identified for repair: structural, waterproofing, operational, aesthetics, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. The purpose of this project is to examine the feasibility and design of the upcoming parking repair projects.

10 - Parking decks

Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
