DESIGNER SERVICES FOR SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING AT TUCKER FAMILY FIELD

Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which the proposals will be opened. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of  time, the wall clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

Sports Field Lighting at Tucker Family Field

The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for Designer Services for a Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design of Sports Lighting at the Tucker Family Field at the Playstead.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The fee for these services is not to exceed $100,000.00 and will be negotiated with the selected designer.

There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the  Playstead Parking Lot located on Chestnut Court, Andover MA 01810.
