Designer Services for City Facilities Renovation and Construction

The City of South Portland is seeking qualified Designer(s) to assist the CITY in the process of designing and administrating construction and renovations for multiple City building projects. Proposals (RFP #28-25) will be received electronically by the South Portland Purchasing Agent at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 2:00 pm local time, April 16, 2025 and then said office will post them to our Purchasing website. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “DESIGNER SERVICES” (RFP# 28-25)”.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.

No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
