Design Services - Video Surveillance System

The Bristol Board of Education (“BOE”) is seeking make improvements to its video surveillance systems within its facilities, and is seeking proposals from qualified firms for assistance in the preparation of designs toward such improvements.

Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.

There will be an opportunity to discuss the project with BOE staff on April 29, 2025 at 3:30 pm. Interested firms are asked to report to the front entrance of West Bristol K-8 School, located at 500 Clark Avenue, Bristol CT.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the City of Bristol Purchasing Department on behalf of the BOE until May 20, 2025, at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The BOE reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above.   Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; neither the City nor the BOE assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the date and time noted above.
