The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting proposals (Request for Proposal/RFP’s) from qualified Architectural / Engineering Firms to prepare plans, specifications and provide construction administration services for the removal of underground oil tank at Columbus School 46 Concord Street Norwalk, CT 06854. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 / Scope of Work Proposal Overview. The Norwalk Public Schools intends to apply for School Construction Grants through the Connecticut State Office of School Construction Grants and review for all projects.
