CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS

The City of Killeen will receive sealed statements of qualifications for 26-10 Design Services for Trailhead Amenities at Purser Heritage Hike & Bike Trail electronically through the City’s eProcurement Portal or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 . Mailed or hand delivered proposals must be sealed and plainly marked with the name and address of the proposer and “RFQ NO. 26-10 Design Services for Trailhead Amenities at Purser Heritage Hike & Bike Trail , 1:30 pm , Wednesday, September 17, 2025 ”.

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

No Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held.

RFQ Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov e-bidding site . It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.

The City of Killeen is soliciting for qualified landscape architecture and consultant teams for complete design and construction administration services for trailhead amenities at Purser Heritage Hike & Bike Trail. The selected Respondent will partner with the City to deliver thoughtful improvements that enhance recreational access.

The City of Killeen is solely responsible for directing the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. Proposers will be evaluated competitively, and the top-ranked firm will be selected to serve as the City’s design consultant .
