Design Services for Three Line Bundles: Queens Boulevard, Grand Concourse and Nostrand
Description:

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage an experienced design consultant to develop, design, and support the procurement of Design-Build project for MTA C&D’s NYC Transit Stations Business Unit, which are scheduled for award in 2027.

The Project will be packaged into three (3) construction bundles (the “Construction Bundles”) for solicitation as DB contracts (“Construction Contracts”)

The Project is categorized as the following: (a) Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”); (b) Line Structure Component Repair; (c) Escalator Replacement; (d) Station Renewals; and (e) Station Component Repairs. Consultant shall prepare RFP packages for three (3) Construction Contracts suitable for advertisement within the timeframes required to ensure timely award in 2027.
