Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Request for Proposals for Professional Services (PS) to engage a qualified

professional engineering consultant to provide design, permitting support, and related technical

services necessary for the development of sidewalk improvements along Patricia Street and Florence

Drive in northern Osceola County. The project is intended to enhance pedestrian safety and

connectivity by establishing a continuous, Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA)-compliant sidewalk

corridor that provides a safe route to Neptune Middle School. The selected consultant will be

responsible for evaluating conditions, coordinating with utilities and regulatory agencies, and

preparing complete design and construction documents in accordance with applicable federal, state,

and local standards
