Design Services for the Morgan Creek Greenway - East Section

The Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing design services for the development of a greenway trail segment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Statements of Qualifications are due to Zakia Alam, Purchasing & Contracts Manager, Town of Chapel Hill, via email at zalam@townofchapelhill.org in PDF format by 3:00 P.M. on January 19, 2023.

Any questions concerning the project should be directed to Marcia Purvis at mpurvis@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 PM, January 5, 2023. Responses to all the questions received will be issued in the form of an addendum and will be posted on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org under “Bid Notices” no later than January 12, 2023.

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications.
