Design Services for the Morgan Creek Greenway - West Section

The Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing design services for the development of a greenway segment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Statements of Qualifications are due to Zakia Alam, Purchasing & Contracts Manager, Town of Chapel Hill, via email at zalam@townofchapelhill.org in PDF format by 3:00 P.M. on September 22, 2023.

Any questions concerning the project should be directed to Marcia Purvis, Project Manager, at mpurvis@townofchapelhill.org . Questions may be submitted electronically only no later than September 8, 2023. Responses will be issued in the form of an addendum and will be posted on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org under “Bid Notices” no later than September 15, 2023.

All submissions, correspondence, and questions regarding the advertisement and/or bidding procedures should be directed to Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications.
