| Notes | The Russell Road Recreation Complex project involves developing design drawings, special provisions, and a construction cost estimate for a 7.5-acre park, the conversion of a segment of the Pittman Wash channel into green infrastructure, and related amenities. These include a solar-lit 100-space parking lot, a ½-mile trail, a maintenance area, a play area, a plaza, a kiosk, trail signage, public art, shade structures, fitness nodes, and a public restroom.
