Description

The City requires comprehensive professional design services for the expansion, renovation, and reconfiguration of the Roberto Clemente International Dual Language School campus, including the adaptive reuse of the existing convent building and its integration with the current elementary school building. The City intends for the Project to combine elementary and middle school grade levels on a single campus, modernize facilities to current educational, safety, and accessibility standards, and provide fully code-compliant, secure, and educationally appropriate spaces for students and staff.
