| Description: | The City of Atascadero is requesting the services of a civil engineering consulting firm with experience in the selection and design of pavement rehabilitation methods, and the preparation of final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for roadway rehabilitation projects. The selected firm will be responsible to provide, with their own forces or subconsultant(s); necessary field survey, interpretation and incorporation of geotechnical pavement findings and recommendations, design of minor roadway drainage improvements, and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation design recommendations for approximately 1.6 lane miles of residential streets within the City of Atascadero. |
