Design Services for Immokalee Road and Livingston Road Flyover

As requested by the Transportation Engineering Division (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Request for Professional Services (hereinafter, “RPS”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Consultants in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Consultant, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated.

The Collier County Transportation Planning Division had completed the Immokalee Road Corridor Congestion Study in August 2021 to identify and evaluate potential improvements to reduce congestion and delays along a segment of Immokalee Road (County Road 846) in unincorporated Collier County. This Study was located in northwestern Collier County Immokalee Road, a major east-west arterial corridor that serves both urban and coastal Collier County, as well as areas of Golden Gate Estates and Immokalee City, and is a designated Collier County Evacuation Route. One of the Study’s recommendations is to construct a four-lane, grade-separated overpass with Livingston Road bridging over Immokalee Road.
