Design Services for Athletic Field and Track Replacement

It is the intent of The State University of New York College at Brockport to hire a consultant to provide design services for the Athletic Field and Track Replacement.

SUNY Brockport is seeking consulting services to provide complete design, bidding and construction administrative services for the athletic field alterations including but not limited to replacing the existing synthetic turf field and synthetic running track including the asphalt pavement below it and replacing the existing lights within the stadium with energy saving LED light fixtures.

The intended scope of this project will provide for the design and construction of an artificial turf field surface and all related surface and subsurface drainage. Playing fields shall be designed to NCAA standards. For the playing surfaces the foundations, connections and conduit runs for accessories such as goal posts, time clocks and communication jacks and security improvements to the surrounding fence. Incidental site work may include but is not limited to rerouting existing electrical/signal runs, asphalt pavement restoration, and sidewalk restoration. Recommendations for maintenance equipment and procedures for this synthetic surface shall be provided
