DESIGN SERVICES. The City of Excelsior is requesting proposals from professionals interested in providing design services for a subsection of The Commons Park, as well as design and bid document preparation services to replace The Commons Playground. Proposals are to be submitted by 5:30 pm, Dec. 1, 2025.
