Design: Renovation of Madisonville Pool

Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors”). The Offeror shall provide the Cincinnati Recreation Commission with a comprehensive design for the capital renovation of the Madisonville Pool, located at 5320 Stewart Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45227. Design services include architectural and hardscape design, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire, technology, and structural engineering. The Offeror is to submit 2 bids to renovate the existing aquatic facility.
One bid should reference the design layout in Option 1, while the second bid should reference the design layout in Option 2.
