Design Proposals for School Gym Masonry Pier Repairs & Exterior Concrete Walls

Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Chief Financial Officer, Westport Public Schools, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 on or before 2PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. John Koplas, Sr. Project Manager, via email to john.koplas@collierseng.com and a copy to Mr. Elio Longo, Chief Financial Officer, elongo@westportps.org by 1PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Addenda will be prepared and posted to the district bidding website by 2PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Bid packages are available on our website: https://www.westportps.org/departments/business-office/bids Interested vendors must submit 1 sealed copy of the bid and one electronic copy (on flash drive). All outside bid mailing envelopes should be clearly marked “BID #26-022-RFP”.
