Firms are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.

and effect as the original proposal and contract documents. Proposals to be submitted on the above-specified date at

ITEM # 1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Q1. Will the County consider a one (1) week extension of time to January 21 for submittal of the
proposal?
A1. No.
Q2. Section RP-2. “The selected firm shall be required to sign a formal agreement in the standard form
currently used by Charlotte County for professional services.” Is the contract going to deviate from the form
of the Charlotte contract issued under the County’s library of services? Do the federal requirements trigger
a new contract form? Can a complete draft be provided for review?
A2. This is an independent RFP and is not associated with the Professional Services Library. A draft contract will
be presented to top ranked firm for review after negotiations.
Q3. Section RP-24 B. The requested work plan is clear in intent. The Evaluation Form on page 19,
Section II, deviates from RP-24, B. Can the County review the Evaluation Form and clarify which components
are to be included in I. A. , II. A., and II. B?
A3. The information is RP-24 B needs to be incorporated into the submittal prepared by each firm using their own
discretion as to where they believe it most appropriately belongs.
Q4. While the County has indicated a request for a quality submittal over bulk, is there a page limit?
A4. There is no page limit.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP No.
20250587. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.
