PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to design and implement the Home Energy Efficiency Rebates (IRA Section 50121) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (IRA Section 50122) programs for the State.
