Design, Installation and Testing of Cellular/Public Safety Radio DAS at Delta Hospital

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Commissioners are soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified vendors for the engineered design, installation and testing of a Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) that enhances cellular signals and/or public safety radio communications within the Delta Health Hospital located at 1501 E 3rd Street in Delta, Colorado. Specific details about the requirements of the systems are included in the official bid documents. This project is being funded by a grant and Delta County is serving as the fiscal agent for the grant with Delta Health Hospital as the recipient of equipment.

Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct portal at: BidNetDirect.com \DeltaCounty.   Bids must be in the specified format with any additional information attached no later than Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at noon MST.  via the Delta County BidNet system.   Firms wishing to bid on this project MUST attend a mandatory site walk at the Hospital on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Delta County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept any bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County and the hospital for this project.
