PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF RED BANK MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL SURVEY AND DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR HISTORIC SITE AND DISTRICTS (Applicants must establish that they meet the following qualifications) NOTIICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq, proposals and qualifications are being solicited by the Borough of Red Bank (hereinafter the “Borough”) for the following professional services to conduct an architectural survey and drafting new design guideline of historic buildings. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Red Bank is an EEO/AA employer.
