Project Description: The Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is seeking to procure a qualified engineering Consultant (Owner’s Engineer) to successfully undertake the engineering consulting services in respect to the Highway 911 Gravel Road Improvements. Design is anticipated to occur in 2026, with Construction beginning in 2027.
