The proposed total roof replacement is at about 130,000 square feet. We intend to replace the roofs as complete system to include: deteriorated roof deck as needed, insulation, membrane, flashing & edge details, edge protection, drainage components, vapor barrier, cover board, and any other systems as recommended by the AE and accepted by the owner.
