Scope of Services
The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to procure the design, fabrication, and installation of durable, high-quality metal roof awning structures and shelters for playgrounds and other designated areas on behalf of the School Board of Volusia County (herein referred to as the “District”) on an as needed basis.
Scope: The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all design, fabrication, and installation of durable, high-quality metal roof awning structures and shelters for playgrounds and other designated areas at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. These structures are intended to provide shade and protection while meeting safety standards, enhancing aesthetics, and ensuring longevity in Florida`s environmental conditions. This project does not include the provision, installation, or maintenance of playground equipment. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
