Design & Engineering Services for Parks, Trails, and Urban Area Projects (RFQ 24-004)

The City of Doraville is soliciting qualifications from qualified companies experienced in and able to provide on-call design and engineering services for parks, trails, and urban area projects. The City seeks a firm to provide engineering, management, support, and oversight to coordinate, plan, direct, control, and perform the scope of work listed below. The firm shall provide qualified and experienced technical and professional personnel to perform duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATION DUE DATE:
Friday, April 26,2024, at 1:30 p.m. EST
Qualification shall only be accepted at the City Hall at:
3725 Park Avenue, Doraville, GA 30340
Qualification shall be accepted prior to the due date, but not later than the due date and time.
Qualification shall be submitted in hard copy format (three originals) and one digital copy (CD or flash drive).
Any qualification submitted in any other format (email, fax, mail, etc.) will not be accepted.

All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via e-mail only to crystal.dawson@doravillega.us.
Questions and clarifications will be answered in the form of an addendum. Any addenda, schedule changes, and other important information regarding the solicitation related to this solicitation will be posted on the City website at www.Doravillega.us.
The City of Doraville reserves the right to reject all qualifications and waive technicalities and informalities, and make awards in the best interest of the City of Doraville.
The City of Doraville is not responsible for any technical difficulties. It is highly recommended that all potential contractors submit their qualifications prior to the due date of this solicitation.
