Design Emergency Services Building 5-2

Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of a new Fire Station 5-2 facility in Wasilla, Alaska. This project will consolidate operations from existing stations into a single, modern facility designed to support 24-hour fire and emergency response services. The new facility will combine Station 5-2 and Station 6-5, replacing outdated structures that lack adequate apparatus bays, living quarters, and expansion capacity.
