Design and Construction of a New City of Marietta Police Training Building

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water will accept sealed proposals until 11:00 A.M., Friday, February 9, 2024 for the following:

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CITY OF MARIETTA POLICE TRAINING BUILDING

There shall be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., located at City of Marietta Fire Station #56 at  850 Sawyer Road, Marietta, GA  30062.

The names of those vendors submitting proposals shall be read aloud before the public immediately following the proposal closing at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 9, 2024 at the City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water, Purchasing Division, First Floor, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060.

Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Proposal Documents and other information as requested. Proposals must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after proposal closing.

City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities in the proposals.
