The City of Orangeburg, owner and operator of the Stevenson Performing Arts Center located at 979 Middleton St., Orangeburg, SC 29115, is seeking qualified vendors to design, construct, and install a custom full-façade marquee sign for the performing arts center. The marquee will serve as a prominent visual landmark, enhancing the facade of the building while providing functional elements for event announcements, lighting, and digital displays.
