A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference for prospective Offerors interested in submitting a Pre-Qualification Proposal in response to RFP Part 1 Pre-Qualification of Offerors will be held pursuant to HRS § 103D-303.5(a) and HAR § 3-122-16.05.
