Description
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) by the Waterbury Development Corporation (“WDC”) on behalf of the City of Waterbury (the “City”) seeks a qualified design firm (the “Architect/Engineer”” or “proposer”, depending upon context) to produce a complete set of drawings and specifications for the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic Chase Building located at 236 Grand Street, Waterbury CT 06702 (the “Project”).
