25-3926 Design & Construction Administration Services for Reedy River Streambank Stabilization

The City of Greenville is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms for design and construction administration services for the Reedy River Streambank Stabilization Project. This project will address multiple sections of the Reedy River downstream of the ReWa Wastewater Treatment Plant on Mauldin Road, where streambank instability has been identified. A streambank repair project was completed in this area in 2008, and the goal of the proposed project is to extend and integrate with the previously completed work. The requested proposal must include technical consulting services for design, permitting, and construction support.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, February 4, 2025.  The meeting location will be the second floor conference room of the City’s Public Safety Campus, located at 2004 Halton Rd., Greenville, SC 29607.
