The Town of Berlin is soliciting proposals to retain a qualified Architectural/Engineering Firm to conduct an assessment, prepare design documents, project estimates, obtain permitting approvals, provide bidding assistance, and construction administration services for the upgrade and accessibility improvements of the Berlin Senior Center Parking Lot located at 31 Colonial Drive, Berlin, CT 06037.
