Design and Building Services for New Fire Station 20

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms to design and build a new, approximately 14,250 square foot, one-story fire station located at Sewell Mill Road and East Piedmont Road in Cobb County. The Facility will house equipment rooms, gear locker rooms, showers, gear laundry, bunk rooms, kitchen, office and apparatus bays. . This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting a proposal response.

Proposals shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late Proposals will not be accepted.

Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services is building a new fire station to replace a mid-1980s structure that is nearing the end of its useful life, and the growing need for emergency services for the community. It will be situated on approximately 3.5 acres and needs to meet current requirements.
