Design and Building Services for Renovation of Fire Headquarters

Cobb County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Design and Building Services for renovation of Fire Headquarters, located at 1595 County Services Parkway Marietta, GA 30008, to redesign and renovate existing space to add multiple offices, enhance the breakroom, add additional conference rooms, and create a new classroom facility based on the attached bridging documents and narrative.

Submissions shall be received before 12:00 PM on February 13, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga .

Late submissions will not be accepted.

The project consists of selective renovation of an existing, approximately, 18,000 square feet fire headquarters building in Marietta, Georgia. The facility is a one-story building that houses a break room, classroom, and administrative office spaces.
