Proposals will be opened and read aloud at Cochran City Hall, 112 West Dykes Street, Cochran, GA 31014 on
Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Proposals received after the stated time will not be considered. The
OWNER of the project is the City of Cochran. The Engineer for the project is Holt Consulting Company, LLC.
The approximate extent and character of the work is generally described as follows:
New 10-Unit Nested Aircraft T-Hangar Project:
The City of Cochran is seeking submittals of qualifications/proposals from qualified companies for DESIGNBUILD
SERVICES FOR NEW 10-UNIT NESTED AIRCRAFT T-HANGAR located within the existing general
aviation apron at the Cochran Airport.
A Non-Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM via Video
Webinar. While the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory, bidders and subs are encouraged to participate.

Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Bidders must submit bids for all
Bid Items. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of One-Hundred Twenty
(120) calendar days. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
