The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified design-builder entities (DB) for the Building C Improvements Project (CIP 8363) (Project). The selected DB will provide the City with engineering design and construction services for the Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the proposal requirements, criteria for selection, and the scope of services to be provided by prospective DBs.
