and Land Surveying, P.C.
• H&L Contracting, LLC with Lead Designer VHB Engineering, Surveying,
Landscape Architecture and Geology, P.C.
• Posillico Civil, Inc. with Lead Designer Greenman-Pedersen, Inc..
• RCC/GCCOM, a Joint Venture, a joint venture between Railroad Construction
Company, Inc. & GCCOM Construction Company, Inc. with Lead Designer KS
Engineers, P.C.

christopher.james2@mtacd.org no later than Noon, three (3) business days prior to
the scheduled date of the relevant event. For Site Tour requirements, please refer to
Volume 1 – Instructions to Proposers.
