24-3866 Design-Build Services for Cleveland Park Improvements and Inclusive Playground

The City of Greenville is seeking qualifications and proposals from contractors/firms interested and qualified to provide design-build services for improvements to an area within Cleveland Park located near the intersection of Lakehurst Street and Woodland Way. The project involves renovations and additions/improvements to the area including, but not limited to, construction of a new restroom building, demolition of an existing shelter, construction of two new shelters, parking lot improvements, a relocated turf volleyball court, demolition of existing playground, and installation of a new 10,300 SF inclusive playground. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, demolition, grading and drainage, irrigation, erosion prevention and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, asphalt paving, concrete work, new construction, electrical, and plumbing systems.
