Design-Build of Vineyard City Bike Park

Project Description: The City of Vineyard invites proposals from qualified trail and bike park design build teams to transform open space parcels bounded by N Eden Way (west), N 300 E (east), and Center Street (south) into a neighborhood scale mountain bike park. Proposals should encompass park improvements and park access recommendations. Two activity pods have been preliminarily identified:
Pod Approx. Area Intent
South Pod (Blue outline) ~1.7 ac Primary jump /flow line corridor with pump track loop and starter mound (specific for mountain bikes)
North Pod (Yellow outline) ~0.9 ac Progression skills zone and kids’ balance bike area (specific for suron bikes and e-bikes)
The finished park must:
• Serve riders of all ages and skill levels.
• Fit a walk up “pocket park” context with minimal environmental disturbance.
• Rely largely on native soils and incorporate sustainable drainage and erosion controls.
