DESIGN BUILD NATIVE AMERICAN PARK

Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners are seeking proposals from qualified design-build firms to design and construct a new recreation park focused on Native American Heritage including 2 pavilions (one of which will be of a specific 7-sided building and one will be a rectangular building modeled after Native American structures), 2 bathrooms, a parking lot, a .25 mile walking path loop, and a walking trail to connect to existing trails around Lake Zwerner. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, site preparation, construction, and final commissioning.
