Design Build for Building Shop Area at Adobe Buttes Landfill

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Landfill is soliciting proposals for the design, purchase, and construction of a Building Shop Area. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for the design, purchase, and construction of a Building Shop Area.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County.  Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct . Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.

The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.

There is an OPTIONAL on-site visit for this Proposal.  The event will be held on February 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Vendors are to meet at the Adobe Buttes Landfill Office located at 12211 Trap Club Rd, Eckert, CO 81418.
