Description

This project is a Deep Energy Retrofit (DER) of the Ramsay Wright Laboratories building, located at 25 Harbord Street (the “Project”). It is a district energy network connected, high energy use laboratory building with multiple CL-1 and CL-2 labs, currently receiving High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) from the Central Steam Plant (CSP). This Project shall reduce the need for HTHW and prepare the building to seamlessly connect to future LTHW supplied by the district network, alongside upgrades to the Building Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Automation Systems (BAS), with a strong focus on asset renewal (Deferred Maintenance items). Responses are limited to those Proponents pre-qualified at the RFSQ stage.
