Eastern NC School for the Deaf
McAdams Building Bathroom Renovations
The project consists of a multi-phased project to renovate the boys
and girl’s bathrooms in the McAdams Building. These bathrooms
serve as the main bathrooms for the dormitories in the McAdams
Building which will require a phased approach to keep access to one
bathroom at all times per floor. The work will consist of replacing
all toilet partitions to properly align with the water closets and
bringing the restrooms up to ADA standards. The project will also
consist of installing new shower tile, replacing shower valves and
drains to make them operational, and expanding one dormitory room
to create an RA space with a new ADA bathroom.

but not exclusively with, those identified in the list. In submitting its list, the design-builder may, but is not
required to, include one or more unlicensed subcontractors the designbuilder proposes to use. If this project team
