THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.



The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available and interested suppliers capable of performing the services pertaining to the following and as detailed in the provided Attachment(s) 5 - Technical Information:




  1. 4100ES Fire Detection & Control Panel

    1. Manufacturer – Simplex

      1. Product – 4100ES Fire Control Units

      2. Requirements – Compatibility with Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune base-wide fire alarm training and must maintain that interface.










  1. AXM-WEB2 Dual Ethernet and Wi-Fi Communication, Acuvim II, Acuvim-L, LAN Dual RJ45 10/100M Ethernet, 2.4GHz, 5GHz

    1. Manufacturer – Accuenergy

      1. Product – AXM-WEB2

      2. Requirements – Compatibility with Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Requirements for use in an existing Authority to Operate (ATO) FRCS system.










  1. Accuenergy Acuvim II Series:

    1. Manufacturer – Accuenergy

      1. Product - Accuenergy Acuvim II Series Power & Energy Meter

      2. Requirements – Compatibility with Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Requirements for use in an existing Authority to Operate (ATO) FRCS system.





  2. EC-BOS-9

    1. Manufacturer – Distech Controls

      1. Product - EC-BOS-9 - EC-BOS-9 includes two isolated RS485 ports, two 10/100/1000MB Ethernet ports and microSD card

      2. License Agreement: 200 Devices/10000 Points: Supports up to 200 devices and 10000 points per building

      3. Software Agreement - 5-year SMA: 5-year software maintenance agreement (includes new and interim releases)

      4. Requirements - Compatibility with Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Requirements.










  1. FX90 Supervisory Controller

    1. Manufacturer – Johnson Controls

      1. Product - Base Device: FX-SC9BASE-0 - FX90 Supervisory Controller (non-Wi-Fi model) and micro–Secure Digital (SD) card, licensing required and purchased separately

      2. License Agreement: FX-SC9CL200-0 - FX90 Supervisory Controller core device license, 200 field devices or 10,000 points

      3. Software Agreement: FX-SC9D200M5-0 - Initial purchase or additional 5-Year Software Maintenance for FX90 with 200 and up field devices









This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above.



Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 – Company Information and providing product technical information and specification sheets.



The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Mary Ann Pool, mary.a.pool3.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email.



RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, 14 MAY 2026 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
