Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2026.



The US Embassy Reykjavik, Iceland has a requirement for the design, construction and installation of a heated perimeter walkway. Estimated length of a new heated walkway is 140 meters; estimated width is 0.8 meters.



The successful contractor shall provide complete design and construction services and contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, professional design services, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules.



The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
