NO BID LINE: The Solicitation consists of three parts: INSTRUCTIONS (yours to keep), OFFER (upload as an attachment with your bid), and the CONTRACT (upload as an attachment with your bid). Each bidder shall also attach either their VENDOR DISCLOSURE or their IPG ACTIVE REGISTERED VENDOR DISCLOSURE for with their bid. In addition, each bidder should also attach the appropriate SPECIFICATION for each line item that they providing a bid for. The bidder shall also include a brochure and warranty information with their bid. Bidder must be an established manufacturer or authorized dealer and must be capable to service the equipment that is being provided. Bidder hereby guarantees that it is an authorized dealer of the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer has agreed to supply the dealer with all quantities of products required by the dealer in fulfillment of its obligations under any resultant contract with the State. Bidder must submit authorized dealer letter upon request.
