Bulletin Desc:

The work to be done consists primarily of replacement of existing roof system and skylights, and existing HVAC units with the new units and system. The new HVAC units and systems are required to connect and function properly with existing controls, terminals, and/or software that is used onsite for operations and maintenance. Contractor to provide necessary demolition, site preparation, improvements and installation of both contractor and/or owner furnished elements.
