Rental: FORKLIFT, ELECTRIC STAND-UP RIDER COUNTER - Required Minimum Specifications, 4,000 lb. Load Capacity, Operating Battery Voltage 36 Volt; Maximum Lift Height at least 18 feet, Turning radius must be 5 feet or less; Preferred Specifications Overall Length overall length to fork face 6 feet or less, Fork width 4 inches. The rental must include all items required for the forklift operation, including but not limited to the charger. The vendor will be responsible for the delivery and return of the rental to Decatur Correctional Center Prices must be F.O.B. DESTINATION with all transportation and handling included and paid by the Contractor. Delivery of forklift is required within 3 business days from award of bid(s) unless previously agreed upon. Delivery to be made to the facility warehouse receiving dock. Lease shall include monthly service inspection and maintenance as required.
