Initial Term Year One (1) - Regular Hourly Rate for maintenance. Unit of measure will be hourly and the number will be annual estimated hours. Approximately 30 hours per year. Normal workday will be Monday through Friday less holidays between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Any services requested by the facility to be performed outside of these timeframes will be reimbursed at an established overtime rate.
